We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our brand Arena Animation. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in connecting with students data, explaining our course offerings, and generating quality leads. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level professionals to begin a career in Education and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote Animation and Multimedia Courses. Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding available projects, pricing, and site visit schedules.query of students and parents Clearly and confidently explainAnimation benefits, career, scope and placement. Maintain and update a database of leads, customer information, and call records. Follow up diligently with prospective enquiries to ensure interest is converted into site visits or sales meetings. Achieve daily and weekly call targets and contribute to the overall sales pipeline. Ensure a professional, courteous, and positive tone during all client interactions. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and pass on qualified leads.
