Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell digital marketing services.
Understand client requirements and pitch tailored marketing solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate information.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, etc.) is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
1-2 years of sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
