We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, explaining the product or service, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Answer questions about products, pricing, and company details. Persuade customers to purchase by demonstrating product benefits. Maintain customer database and update call records in the system. Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with prospects. Handle customer objections and resolve queries efficiently. Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills:

Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language). Confident, energetic, and persuasive in nature. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (optional for freshers). Ability to handle pressure and rejection. Time management and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
