Job Responsibilities

Attending inbounds and Outbounds calls should have knowledge of all financial Product i.e. Fixed Deposit, Mutual funds, Bonds ,insurance etc Expanding the customer base by up selling & cross selling of product Resolving customer complaint quickly & efficiently Keeping the customer updated on the latest product in order to increase sales Query Handling & Problem solving
Will involve in converting inbound calls into sales
