key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote pharmaceutical products.
Generate leads from India mart and identify new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C sectors.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and respond to customer inquiries.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. (Incentives Applicable)
Maintain accurate records of all sales calls, follow-ups.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
equirements:
Proven experience in tele sales, in any or preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle both B2B and B2C client interactions.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Language proficiency: ( English, Hindi, etc.)
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (preferably in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business).
Prior tele sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
Compensation:
Salary:15,000 to 20,000 + Incentives/Commissions
