Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Telesales Executive

to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing products or services, and closing sales over the phone. You should be a persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sell products/services.

Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

Handle customer objections and overcome them with professionalism.

Maintain a database of customer and prospect information using CRM software.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.

Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries when necessary.

Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the sales process.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar role.

Fresher to 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/BPO/Domestic Calling/Voice Process/ Call Centre

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Basic knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software).

High school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?264,000.00 per year
