Role Overview

We are hiring Telecallers for our Inside Sales team. This role requires a confident communicator with a passion for selling and the ability to convert leads through consistent outreach and follow-up. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by presenting our services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions Maintain daily call reports and update CRM entries Follow up with interested leads consistently Work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets Coordinate with the sales and account management team for closures

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of telecalling or inside sales experience Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred) Ability to build rapport and persuade over the phone Self-driven and goal-oriented Comfortable working from the Moti Nagar office in West Delhi
