Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our travel company. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our travel products and services over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell travel products and services.
2. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and resolving issues.
4. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new products.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
7. Document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about travel products.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
