Explain franchise model, investment details, ROI, brand support, training, and setup process.
Qualify leads based on budget, location, and interest level.
Schedule Zoom/office meetings for final discussion with the Franchise Manager.
Maintain daily call logs and update CRM/Excel sheets.
HR Calling
Call candidates for job openings (kitchen staff, store managers, service crew, etc.).
Screen candidates based on experience, location, and salary expectations.
Schedule interviews with HR/Operations team.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers.
