Key Responsibilities:Tele Sales:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain a database of customer contacts and update it regularly.
Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries promptly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
Administrative:
Handle basic office administration tasks like data entry, record keeping, and file management.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Manage appointment scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update documents, reports, and sales records.
Support HR/Accounts team in document handling and operational requirements as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in telesales or administrative roles.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Attributes:
Positive attitude and confidence on calls.
Organizational and time management skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language (if applicable).
