Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from CRM leads database
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and convincingly
Follow up with prospects and close sales effectively
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales through the CRM system
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients
Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or CRM-related sales (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated under pressure
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
Willingness to work in the night shift (US/International clients)
