Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and goal-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell our CPaaS services like Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, IVR, Missed Call, and Voice Solutions. The role involves connecting with businesses over the phone, explaining services, generating leads, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers to explain CPaaS services (Bulk SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, etc.)
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
Share pricing, demos, and follow-up on leads regularly
Maintain daily call records and report updates to the sales manager
Achieve monthly sales and lead targets
Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business
Skills Required:
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic understanding of digital communication tools (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.)
Comfortable with making multiple calls daily
Positive attitude and target-driven approach
Knowledge of Excel/CRM tools is a plus
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate
Experience in telesales or customer calling preferred
Fresher with strong communication skills are welcome
