Education: Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 12 years in Tele sales
(Call center or logistics industry experience preferred)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Tele-Sales Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, book courier and parcel orders, promote value-added services, and help drive sales growth. A strong customer-first attitude, sales mindset, and ability to multitask are key to success.
Skills & Competencies:

• Clear, confident communication in English and regional language
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Quick learner with multitasking ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, punctual, and goal-oriented

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:

• Answer inbound calls and provide prompt, friendly assistance
• Resolve customer inquiries and ensure a positive call experience
• Address complaints professionally and escalate when needed

Sales Focus:

• Promote express delivery and tracking services
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize customer value
• Achieve assigned daily and weekly sales targets

Courier Booking & Delivery Coordination:

• Book parcels accurately with correct recipient & delivery details
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Share tracking updates proactively with customers

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain logs of calls, bookings, and customer information in CRM
• Perform data entry and ensure system accuracy
• Generate reports on sales and performance metrics
