Job Description

Need a female telesales Executive to play a crucial role in our sales and customer outreach efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, introduce them to our services, and schedule meetings with our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads provided by the company. Introduce and explain our IT services/products to prospective clients. Answer client inquiries and provide relevant information. Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team. Follow up on leads and maintain a record of client communications. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role. Excellent communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi]. Ability to understand and explain technical products or services. Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle rejections. Good organisational and time management skills. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. Experience in the IT industry is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
