Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls to prospective customers.
Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Update customer details and call status in CRM.
Handle objections and close sales effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order/service processing.
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication skills in
Hindi and English
(Punjabi is a plus).
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
0-3 years of experience in telesales or telecalling (freshers can apply).
Experience in service-based or sales-driven environments is an advantage.
