Job Description

We are hiring a motivated Telesales Executive to handle both inbound and outbound calls for Detailing Xperts. The role includes speaking to potential leads generated through Meta Ads, understanding customer needs, explaining our detailing services, and booking appointments at our studio. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a convincing attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into walk-ins.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads generated on Meta Ads Handle inbound service enquiries professionally Explain detailing services (Coating, PPF, Tints, etc.) clearly Convert leads into studio visits and confirmed bookings Maintain call logs and follow-up schedules Achieve daily/weekly conversion targets
Requirements:

Experience in telesales or customer handling preferred Strong communication & persuasion skills Ability to understand customer needs and pitch correctly Basic CRM usage knowledge is a plus Energetic, polite, and target-driven
