Job Summary



As a Telesales Representative BDE, you will be responsible for pitching and selling subscription packages to prospective customers via outbound and inbound calls. Your goal is to meet sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our platform's subscription offerings while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Sales and Lead Conversion

: Make outbound calls to leads and handle inbound inquiries, pitching subscription packages tailored to customer needs.

Customer Engagement

: Use active listening and persuasive communication to understand customer pain points and position our subscriptions as the ideal solution.

Achieve Targets

: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas for subscription sign-ups and renewals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Follow-Up

: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and close deals.

Continuous Learning

: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features, sales techniques, and industry trends.

Qualifications



Experience

: 1-3 years of telesales or telemarketing experience, preferably in selling subscription-based services (B2B or B2C).

Skills

: Good written and verbal English communication and active listening skills. Proven ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone. Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in subscription-based. Knowledge of digital platforms and subscription models.
