Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound sales calls
to potential clients for
website development, app development, SEO, and digital services
.
Understand client requirements and
pitch suitable IT solutions

Generate
qualified leads
and convert them into customers.
Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain and update
CRM / lead records
regularly.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth onboarding.
Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience
in tele sales / telecalling (preferably IT or digital services).
Strong communication skills in
Hindi and basic English
.
Experience selling
web development, app development, SEO, or digital marketing services
.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with
targets and pressure
.
Familiarity with
CRM tools
, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach.
Preferred / Good to Have
Experience in
B2B sales

Knowledge of
digital marketing services
.
Experience with
cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups
