We are looking for an energetic and persuasive

Telesales Executive

to promote and register candidates for the

Sur Yodha Singing Competition

. You will be responsible for communicating with leads, explaining the audition process, and achieving daily/weekly registration targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential participants. Explain the Sur Yodha Singing Competition details, benefits, and registration process. Convince and convert leads into registrations. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and registrations. Handle inquiries professionally and resolve participant doubts. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets assigned by the team. Share registration links, payment details, and guide users through the process.

Skills & Requirements

Excellent communication & convincing skills. Confident, energetic, and target-driven. Basic computer & WhatsApp handling skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred (freshers can also apply). Hindi communication is must; English is an advantage.

Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass. Age: 18-35 years.

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

?8,000 - ?15,000 (based on experience)
