Hiring For Telesales Executive For Realestate Total exeperience : -2-3 years in Realestate Candidate should have good Comunication Skill Preference : Male & Female Both

A real estate telesales executive generates and qualifies leads, promotes properties, and closes sales via phone calls. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective clients, providing property details, understanding client needs, nurturing leads, updating CRM systems, and achieving sales targets. Essential skills for this role are strong communication and persuasion, active listening, product knowledge, and the ability to handle rejection. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Initiates outbound calls to potential buyers and renters to introduce properties and generate interest.

Sales Pitching:

Delivers persuasive sales pitches about real estate projects and investment opportunities.

Client Engagement:

Responds to inbound calls, answers questions about properties, and guides potential clients through the sales process.

Needs Assessment:

Understands client requirements and suggests suitable property options.

Relationship Building:

Builds relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage sales.

Follow-Up:

Follows up on leads to provide additional information, gather feedback, and convert them into sales.

Sales Target Achievement:

Works to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contributes to overall team objectives.

CRM Management:

Maintains accurate and detailed records of calls, sales activities, and client information in a CRM system.

Site Visit Coordination:

Schedules and coordinates property viewings with interested clients.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
