Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
from B2B portals (IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia)
Contact potential business customers and understand their requirements
Pitch products/services clearly and professionally
Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication
Convert inquiries into sales or qualified leads
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Achieve assigned sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and closure
Required Skills & Experience
6 months to 1 year of telesales experience
Knowledge or hands-on experience with
IndiaMART, Justdial, or TradeIndia
Good communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM)
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Good to Have
Experience in

Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or service-based sales
