Overview:


We are seeking a motivated

Telesales Executive

to handle

B2B lead generation and client engagement

. The role involves managing both

outbound and inbound sales

, handling professional email communication, and building cordial relationships with

premium clients such as Vice Presidents and Directors of leading real estate companies

.

Responsibilities:



Generate and qualify leads through

outbound calling, inbound inquiries, and follow-ups

. Communicate effectively with senior decision-makers (Directors/VPs) in the real estate sector. Handle

email communication

professionally for client queries, proposals, and follow-ups. Build and maintain

cordial client relationships

ensuring long-term engagement. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and client interactions in CRM. Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements:



1-2 years

of telesales/lead generation experience, ideally in

BPO, IT, Real Estate or Software sector

. Excellent communication in

English & Hindi

(mandatory). Strong skills in

convincing, email handling, and relationship management

. Ability to interact confidently with

premium-level clients

.
