Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services. Understand customer needs, gather requirements, and suggest suitable solutions. Ask for any modifications or customizations required by the customer. Collect and document customer feedback to improve products and services. Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM. Work closely with the sales team to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:



Experience in

telesales, inside sales, or customer service

. Strong

communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

. Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
