Job Responsibilities:



1. Outbound Calling: Contact leads provided by the marketing team or sourced through other channels.

2. Lead Qualification: Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences to match them with suitable properties.

3. Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with leads to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.

4. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with sales agents or site visit teams to fix appointments.

5. CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of calls, client information, and responses.

6. Customer Service: Address queries and provide property-related information professionally.

Key Skills:



Good communication (especially in English, Hindi, Marathi or Konkani)

Convincing and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of real estate trends and property types

Computer and CRM proficiency

Patience and persistence
