Key Responsibilities

Outbound calling to garages, workshops, tyre shops, and retailers Taking and confirming customer orders

Collection follow-up calls for outstanding payments

Reminding customers about due and overdue bills politely and professionally Coordinating with field staff for collections when required Maintaining call, order, and collection follow-up records Updating daily sales and collection reports Following company-approved scripts and processes

Requirements

Prior experience in

telecalling / sales / collection follow-ups

preferred Good communication skills (Malayalam mandatory) Ability to handle customers politely regarding payments Basic knowledge of MS Excel or call tracking sheets Target-oriented and disciplined work approach
