Shift Timings: 10 AM -8 PM
Week off: Week off will be given between Mon-Fri any one day. Weekends are working. We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-sales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone/chat/video calling and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective tele-sales executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. Key Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts \xc2\xb7 Answering questions about products \xc2\xb7 Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales \xc2\xb7 Enter and update customer information in the database \xc2\xb7 Handle grievances to preserve the company\'s reputation \xc2\xb7 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information \xc2\xb7 Work closely with the internal team for any support Skills \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as telesales executive or other sales role \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems \xc2\xb7 Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects \xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of English \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection \xc2\xb7 Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints \xc2\xb7 Team player \xc2\xb7 Ability to work on high pressure environment Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 per year Benefits:
