Tele Sales Executives

to join our growing team. This role offers strong earning potential through commissions and a clear pathway to a permanent, full-time position.

Compensation & StructureFirst Month - Commission Based

The first month will be

100% commission based

.

Weekly payouts:

All commissions earned will be paid

every weekend

. No fixed salary during the first month.

Second Month - Performance Review

Top-performing candidates from the first month will be selected for

full-time employment

with:

Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives

if they prefer.

Career Growth & Promotions

Sr. Tele Sales Executive:

Employees who

continuously achieve targets for 5 months

will be promoted to

Senior Tele Sales Executive

.

Team Leader:

Employees who

continuously achieve targets for 10 months

will be promoted to

Team Leader

.This provides a strong long-term growth path for ambitious and consistent performers.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers. Present and explain products/services clearly and persuasively. Follow up with leads and close sales. Maintain motivation, professionalism, and target focus. Provide suggestions to improve sales processes.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in

Malayalam + English (mandatory)

; Tamil is an added advantage. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good convincing ability and resilience to handle rejection. Self-motivated and target-driven. Previous telesales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
