Key Responsibilities
? Calling and Lead Generation - Contacting potential students and responding to inquiries.
? Course Promotion - Explaining details of courses like CSIR UGC NET, IIT JAM, SET, and PSC.
? Counselling and Guidance - Helping students choose suitable programs based on their goals.
? Follow-ups - Maintaining regular contact with interested candidates to ensure enrollment
? Database Management - Recording and updating student information and call details
? Achieving Targets - Meeting daily or monthly admission and sales goals.
? Customer Relationship Management - Building trust and maintaining good communication with students and parents.
