Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
Present company products/services over the phone professionally and convincingly.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM.
Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries effectively and provide detailed product information.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for campaign optimization.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
Good knowledge of CRM and lead management systems.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle rejections and remain confident.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
