Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients.
Explain products/services and their benefits to prospects.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and offer solutions accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for feedback and insights.
Requirements:
Proven experience in TeleSales or a similar sales/customer service role is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills in
both English and Hindi

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and connect with
B2B clients

Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage is an advantage.
