Handle incoming student enquiries related to IELTS, OET, and PTE training programs.
Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce and pitch available courses.
Explain course details, fee structures, and enrollment procedures clearly and persuasively.
Identify student needs and provide suitable course recommendations.
Maintain a positive and professional tone while handling queries and concerns.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals set by the management.
Record and update enquiry details, call status, and follow-ups in the CRM/lead management system.
Coordinate with the counseling/sales team to schedule appointments or demos for potential students.
Build and maintain good rapport with students to encourage enrollment.
Provide feedback to the management on student preferences, common queries, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
Prior experience in telecalling or sales preferred (education sector advantage).
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Ability to handle objections and convince prospective students.
Good listening skills and a student-centric approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel, CRM tools).
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a positive attitude.
