Job Summary:



We are looking for a persuasive and target-driven

Tele Sales Executive

to join our team. The role involves generating leads, converting them into sales, and ensuring excellent after-sales service to

retain and engage customers

. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers to

promote products/services and generate sales

. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and cold calling. Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about offerings to close sales effectively. Maintain a high level of

customer engagement and satisfaction

through regular follow-ups and support. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive

repeat business and customer loyalty

. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer details and interaction history. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, and customer retention. Handle objections or complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to align on campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.

Requirements:



Education:

Minimum Graduate in any field.

Experience:

1-2 years in telesales, customer service, or a related role. Strong

verbal communication skills

in English and regional languages. Excellent

convincing and negotiation skills

. Familiarity with

CRM systems

and call tracking tools. Positive attitude, persistence, and ability to thrive under pressure. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer success.

Multilingual skills. Good

Communication

skills. Experience in

D2C sales.
