JOB DESCRIPTION (JD) Hiring Partner: Thinqor Solutions Client Companies: Position: Telesales Officer - Hindi Voice Process Location: Begumpet Job Type: Full-Time 1. Role Overview The Telesales Officer will manage outbound calling, insurance product explanation, customer engagement, sales conversion, and maintaining CRM updates. This is a complete voice-based sales role supporting leading insurance brands. 2. Key Responsibilities ? Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers ? Explain insurance products clearly and confidently ? Address customer questions and provide accurate information ? Convert leads into sales to meet monthly targets ? Maintain proper call logs and update CRM systems ? Deliver professional and customer-friendly communication 3. Required Skills ? Strong communication in Hindi + English ? Tamil / Kannada language is an added advantage ? Persuasion and negotiation abilities ? Customer-focused attitude ? Basic computer and typing skills 4. Qualifications ? Graduation or Under graduation (Both eligible) 5. Salary Structure Category Take-Home Salary Fresher ?12,800 - ?13,000 Fresher + Regional Language (Tamil / Kannada) ?14,500 1 Year Experience ?16,000 2 Years Experience ?17,000 3 Years Experience ?18,000 Incentives: Monthly, performance-based 6.
