Role Summary

The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to

potential customers, promoting insurance products, and generating leads for the

sales team.

2. Key Accountabilities

Accountabilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote insurance products
and services.

Conduct cold calls to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team. Attending client calls, addressing inquiries, explain insurance products and
coverage options to customers, answering their questions and addressing their

concerns.

Collect and record accurate information from customers, including contact
details and insurance requirements.

Preparing and sending quotes with different selling plans tailored to client needs Handling policy issuance, amendments, cancellations, and other online
operational tasks via the portal.

Always maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of
telemarketing activities with overall business objectives.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system. Maintaining and updating various reports in MS Office (Excel), including Sales
MIS and other related data

Continuously enhancing product knowledge to provide accurate and timely
information to clients.
