Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily sales inquiries generated from the IndiaMART portal.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up with existing leads.
Explain product details, pricing, offers, and services to clients via phone and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up updates on Excel or CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer service.
Meet assigned sales targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Ensure timely responses and maintain customer satisfaction.
Generate and share daily reports on lead conversion and progress.
Candidate Requirements:
2-3 years of work experience in telesales or telecalling (preferably in B2B sales).
Mandatory experience in working with IndiaMART portal (handling leads, follow-ups, conversions).
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated personality.
Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, and basic computer operations.
Experience in industrial products, banquet supplies, or services will be an added advantage.
