Customer Engagement:
Initiate inbound calls to potential customers to Sale products.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Sales Pitch:
Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to give order.
Clearly explain the features, terms, and benefits of the products.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Record and maintain accurate customer information in.
No Target Achievement:
Exceed monthly sales targets.
Work towards achieving individual and team goals.
Product Knowledge:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Follow ethical sales practices and maintain customer confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; higher education is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity.
Previous experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
