We are hiring a results-driven Teles ales Executive to generate leads, convert prospects, and contribute to the company's sales growth. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining products/services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch products/services.
Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication.
Handle objections and provide suitable solutions to customers.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in Excel/CRM.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Follow up with interested customers for closures.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of telesales/telecalling experience (freshers with strong communication may apply).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English mandatory).
Ability to handle rejections and work in a task-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software).
Self-motivated, confident, and sales-oriented.
