Job Title: Telesales cum Health Coach - Sales & Customer Support Location: Menoveda Life Sciences Pvt. We are looking for enthusiastic telesales professionals to join our customer support team and help our customers with product guidance and orders. Key Responsibilities: ₹ Sales & Retention ? Call existing customers for repeat purchase reminders and subscription renewals. ? Reach out to customers with abandoned carts for their queries & consultations and guide them to complete their purchase. ? Handle NDR (non-delivery return) cases by contacting customers and ensuring smooth redispatch. ? Maintain long-term customer relationships and share promotional offers. ? Customer Care & Health Guidance ? Provide basic product guidance and act as a health coach to help customers choose the right supplement. Ensure customers feel supported throughout their wellness journey with Menoveda. Order Confirmation & Customer Engagement ? Call customers to confirm online orders (Shopify, Amazon, etc.). ? Assist customers with queries about supplements, usage, offers, and delivery. ? Handle customer feedback, concerns, and escalate if needed. Requirements: ₹ 2-5 years of experience in Sales / customer service / healthcare/ Counseling. ? Proficiency & fluency in English and Hindi. ? Confidence in handling outbound and inbound calls on mobile and IVR. ? Ability to build trust, guide customers, and close sales. ? Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools). Preferred Qualifications: ₹ Experience in healthcare,D2C,Ayurvedic brands,women wellness & supplement ,councellors , health coaches,hotel and travel industry. ?
