We are seeking a persuasive and customer-focused

Telesales Counsellor

to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services, answer queries, and guide customers through the purchasing or enrollment process. You will play a key role in converting leads into sales and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions based on their requirements. Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and terms clearly and accurately. Counsel potential customers and assist them in making informed decisions. Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales. Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) for smooth service delivery.
