Roles & Responsibilities
Make cold and warm calls to prospective leads and existing customers; schedule and follow up on calls.
Generate and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
Promote and present company products and services to build strong relationships with B2B clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets based on past performance and account history.
Ensure outstanding payments from allotted accounts are regularly followed up and kept under control.
Maintain regular communication with potential clients via phone, email, text, and in-person meetings to track project status.
Coordinate with and transfer qualified prospects to the field sales team when required.
Handle client queries and concerns and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
Knowledge of negotiation techniques and sales strategies.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to consistently achieve business goals.
Good time management, multitasking ability, and the capacity to perform under pressure.
Strong learning attitude and willingness to grow in B2B sales.
Proven experience in B2B sales is preferred.Freshers with the right attitude and good communication skills are also welcome.
