Job responsibilities of a sales coordinator:
1. Administrative Support
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
Maintain sales records, databases, and customer files.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for sales managers or executives
2. Customer Support
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
3. Order and Inventory Management
Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory updates.
4. Communication and Liaison
Act as a point of contact between the sales department and clients.
Facilitate communication between field sales staff and customer.
5. Reporting and Analysis
Generate sales reports and metrics for management.
6. Marketing and Event Support
Help organize promotional events and campaigns.
Support the implementation of marketing strategies and materials.
7. CRM and Data Management
Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sales platforms.
Segment customer data for targeted sales efforts.
8. Quotation and Proposal Preparation
Draft price quotations and commercial proposals.
Ensure proposals are aligned with company policies and pricing structures.
9. Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Tracking
Assist in forecasting sales performance based on historical data.
Monitor and update the sales pipeline regularly for accurate reporting.
10. Vendor and Partner Coordination
Communicate with external partners, vendors, and distributors.
Track third-party performance and order status.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
