Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive
Location: Ichhapore, Hazira Road, Surat, Gujarat - 394510
Interview Mode: Face-to-face interview
Languages: Basic English, Hindi (required), Gujarati (added advantage)
Education: 12th Grade / Graduate
Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 per month

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle incoming calls and talk to customers about our products. The candidate should be confident in speaking, understanding customer needs, and giving correct information.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Receive calls from customers (IndiaMART leads).
Provide product details and answer customer questions.
Follow up with interested customers and convert them into sales.
Maintain call records and update daily reports.
Share inquiries with the sales team when needed.
Build good communication with customers.
Requirements
Any qualification accepted.
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply (0-3 years).
Must know basic English and Hindi; Gujarati is an added advantage.
Good communication and telephone handling skills.
Ability to explain products clearly.
