Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Explain our CRM software features and benefits clearly Schedule and provide product demos Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups Convert leads into paid subscriptions Maintain call records, follow-ups, and feedback in CRM Achieve daily/weekly sales targets This is a pure sales + communication role, not a support job. Eligibility & Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (mandatory) Experience in CRM / software / SaaS sales is a plus Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English Clear, confident, and professional voice quality Strong convincing and negotiation skills Comfortable with targets and pressure Disciplined and consistent with follow-ups Preferred Candidate Profile Female candidates preferred Sales-driven mindset Confident on calls, not hesitant Serious about performance and growth.
