Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales team - generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales conversions. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Reach out to potential clients via calls, networking, and follow-ups.
Sales Pitching: Present our IT services effectively, highlighting features and benefits.
Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships and resolve client queries.
Market Research: Keep track of industry trends and competitor offerings.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions.
Collaboration: Work with the sales & marketing teams to execute strategies.
Reporting: Share performance updates and client feedback with management.
Qualifications

Education: 12th Pass & Above
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience (sales/telesales preferred)
Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi
Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and multitasking abilities
Preference: Female candidates preferred
