Tele-Sales Associate

Job Type :

Education Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

Must Skills



Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales. Exposure to international sales or global client handling. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities. Willingness to work in rotational shifts aligned with global time zones. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Basic hands-on experience with CRM systems.

Required / Preferred Skills



Knowledge of export-import operations and international trade. Prior experience in FMCG or global trade environment. Customer relationship and account management experience. Ability to perform international market research. Strategic thinking and sales planning capabilities. Cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, and operations teams. Understanding of global business culture and client expectations.

Responsibilities



Drive outbound international sales and acquire new global customers. Develop and manage international client accounts. Identify new international business opportunities and expansion markets. Coordinate with internal teams to execute market-specific sales plans. Conduct market research on global FMCG trends and competitors. Handle client communication, negotiations, and follow-ups. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and CRM updates. Support export-import coordination and documentation processes.
