Job Summary:

We are hiring TeleSales Associates for the GPDE Digital Project. This role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, scheduling meetings for Sales Manager, and supporting field sales partners. This is a pure commission-based role with no fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to Panchayat contacts Generate leads and explain GPDE project Fix appointments for Sales Manager / Channel Partner Maintain WhatsApp communication Update daily calling sheet Follow-up on interested leads

Compensation:

Basic+Incentive
Basic - 6000+Earn ?200-?300 per token closure
