Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Call potential clients from database or CRM
Explain and promote company services.
Lead Conversion:
Qualify leads through structured communication
Schedule meetings or demos with senior teams
Follow-up & Engagement:
Maintain regular contact with interested leads
Share updates through WhatsApp, SMS, and Email
CRM Entry:
Record call details, and follow-up status
Ensure daily reporting of work done
Coordination:
Work closely with startup, legal, accommodation, or media departments
Closure Support:
Assist in final client onboarding and follow-through
Candidate Profile:
Minimum Qualification:
12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
Skills Required:
Hindi communication (English basic preferred)
Basic MS Excel
WhatsApp usage & mobile proficiency
Experience:
0 to 3 Years
Other Requirements:
Must be target-driven and disciplined
Willing to make 100+ calls per day
Comfortable with scripts and structured sales pitch
Note:
Freshers can join as Interns. Based on performance, they may be offered regular employment after 3 months.
