Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell

Motor Insurance

. Understand customer financial goals and recommend the right insurance products. Explain policy features, benefits, and terms with clarity and confidence. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools. Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally and empathetically.

Requirements

Graduate with

excellent English communication skills

. Motor Insurance Experience Mandatory ( 4 wheeler Preferable )

6 months to 1 year

of experience in

Tele Sales / Insurance Sales

preferred.

Freshers

with strong communication and convincing skills are also welcome. Energetic, target-oriented, and confident in handling customer objections. Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
