Telesales Associate
with at least one year of relevant experience. The role involves outbound and inbound calling, promoting company products or services, handling customer enquiries, and converting leads into sales while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesTelesales & Lead Conversion
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads provided.
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to product or service enquiries.
Explain products and services clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Customer Interaction & Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
Address customer questions, objections, and basic concerns effectively.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
Sales Support & Coordination
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing and service delivery.
Ensure accurate communication of offers, pricing, and policies to customers.
Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives through calling activities.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Update customer information and call outcomes in CRM or internal systems.
Assist in preparing daily and weekly sales reports.
Professional Conduct & Service Standards
Maintain a polite, confident, and professional tone during all customer interactions.
Follow company communication guidelines and telesales scripts.
Support organizational goals related to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
