Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote solar energy solutions.
Explain product details, pricing, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous calls to close sales or schedule appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing and field sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two or any degree.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
Prior experience in telesales or customer service will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
